Short Line Data Systems Inc. (SDS) is the producer of the Rail Operations and Customer Service (ROCS) package of management and operations tools for the Short Line Railroad Industry.  ROCS is Microsoft Access based, and fully compatible with any PC that can run Microsoft Office XP, 2003 or 2007.  In addition to the base ROCS system, we offer ROCSMobile, which is a version of the full ROCS system that is designed to be used by train crews in the field, and ROCSDispatch, a small railroad dispatching system.  We also offer a passenger ticketing system, PET ROCS, for excursion trains.  New for 2007 is TRACCURATE, an AEI Tag reading system designed and priced for the small railroad.
