As part of its EDI system, ROCS will add most shipment information straight from the inbound EDI waybill. However, there are times that no inbound EDI waybill is available, so the user needs to add the waybill information manually. ROCS provides a basic form for the information, and once the car record is established, a full outbound EDI waybill can be built from the car record. Data entry is simple, with most fields being filled with a double click, pull down menu, or a date.
The user can also manually add waybill information for a car that has been manually added.
