Getting information to your customers is important. This menu allows the user to send a report of a customer's traffic to the customer via fax or e-mail, and it also gives the user the opportunity to print a copy of the reports out for themselves. A screen is provided to create a distribution list of customer's to be printed, faxed or e-mailed, and the report showing all cars due into the railroad is also available for printing or sending. ROCS is compatible with most faxing software, and e-mail versions of reports can be generated.
