“I have a car that has been released, and I have clicked on the OB Bill button to create an outbound bill, and I get a warning message box that says, “DATA ERROR - MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE RELEASED THE CAR, AND THAT THE STCC IS IN THE DATABASE.” I have checked the STCC table in the Utilities menu, and the STCC is there for the outbound railroad. Why am I getting this box, and what can I do?”
Most likely, the outbound railroad box is blank for the car. Return to the Customer Status screen, and make sure the outbound railroad box has the correct railroad initials in it. When the railroad is set, you can click on OB Bill and create the outbound bill for the car. |
